Always a pleasant experience dealing with Peterson BMW I just received my 2014 X3 back from a day long spa treatment at Peterson BMW. I was met at the Service Department doorway by name and, very quickly, I just received my 2014 X3 back from a day long spa treatment at Peterson BMW. I was met at the Service Department doorway by name and, very quickly, the paperwork was handled and I was off to a pleasant shuttle ride home. The service was completed on time (in fact, a little sooner than promised). When I picked up my rig, the paperwork was, again, quickly and efficiently taken care of. I stepped out the door to find my beautiful X3 looking like it had just come off the showroom floor. More

I guess I was just naiive and should have expected the same as I did when I bought my first $3000 car from a dealership in a shack, then I wouldn't have been disappointed. May also be because I just bought a 20K trade-in they didn't make a lot money on and didn't expect to come back for services. "Real" BMW customers may have a better experience. Bought a used vehicle (not a BMW, was a trade in) from them. Asked during test drive if there was more than the one key, salesman told me he'd check. Didn't hear anything about it until day of closing the sale, when he tells me previous owner still had other keys to the car. Would have like to know this before closing. They did contact previous owner and got the keys to me a week later. Car was shoddily detailed (thick layer of dust and "stuff" on dash board etc), was promised they'd redo the detailing before I took possession of car, car still had dirt all over dashboard, dirt on panels etc. I bought the vehicle in December, come early January received a call that they had gotten the original mileage on the title documents wrong, fair enough, I called and left a message with the miles at time of sale as requested. Then got a text a week later asking for current miles, texted him back with current ODO reading, was told to expect title middle to late January. Still hadn't heard anything by 1/26. Sent email asking for update and did receive phone call 1/28 with apology and that it was now up to state to issue title. Also, during test drive I noticed rattle noise from the back, salesman told me it was the dealer plate rattling and that it did it all the time - I had to trust him since I couldn't remove it during the test drive and rattle only occurred at hwy speed. As I drove away from dealership after taking possession rattle was still there. More

Love everyone there! Been taking our 335i (that we bought there) there for two years. My parents have also bought 2 vehicles from them and have had the same experiance. Unfortunately, the nearest BMW dealership was four hours from us, so our 2001 740iL lacked needed regular maintenance. Traci Recla, at BMW of Boise, was very friendly, listened to my maintenance concerns, and helped me with a plan to get our e38 back to beautiful running condition. We were given a coutesy car to use, while ours was being repaired, and our car was repaired BEFORE the promised date. The price was fair and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done. We still have repairs to make, but we will definitely be coming back to see Traci. More
