First time experience with Peterson Service Dept. We live out of town and had a recall service done. While we there thought we may as well have a couple of other little issues looked at. Curtis Pratt gave us a beautiful loaner car to we could keep some other appointments while our car was in repair. Curtis was very friendly and professional at the very beginning. Oil Change Always very helpful, and knowledgeable. Great to be able to get a ride home while the car is in for service. Poor service, poor communication and a very unhappy customer After having spent approximately $3,000 spent over two service calls meant to address my car's problems I just had the chance to drive the car again t After having spent approximately $3,000 spent over two service calls meant to address my car's problems I just had the chance to drive the car again this past weekend only to find that the same issues still exists. It concerns me that the car was returned without having addressed the underlying issue, yet I was charged for an expensive repair that was supposed to have corrected the car's problem. It also concerns me that, even after explaining how to recreate the malfunction, the car was not tested to ensure that the problems I had identified had been corrected. I am at a point where I am concerned the money I have spent on repairs were not addressing the car's real issues and that your dealership is not able to provide the service the car requires. The repair issues were compounded by customer service issues including; having to make three phone calls over a 4 hours period to just find out if I could pick up my car, being given a date as to when the car would be ready and then not being notified the car was not ready (I live 2.5 hours from the dealership and had to arrange for a ride from friends) as well as being made to feel like the poor repairs and service were somehow something I just had to live with. More
