My only experience is with the Service Department and it was very good. My advisor was clear, concise, and accurate regarding what would be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. In fact, we ended up buying a new BMW while the service work was being completed on the old BMW. Only complaint would be that there is never a loaner car available. I live 300 miles away, so the trips to Boise usually involve multiple errands that would be nice to take care of instead of sitting idle in the dealership. More

Should have clean wiped the door thresholds and better cleaned the replacement windshield glass. Should have replaced the interior plastic windshield tab on the lower left of the windshield.
