I decided to go back and buy a Nissan Altima from Art. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car putting it on hold for me until I could break away from work to close the deal. He was very helpful with returning calls and options and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this dealership.. Art called me to follow up to make sure I was happy with my car. Not only did he make sure the scuffed up hubcaps on my Altima got replaced with scratch-free ones, he also called me after I picked up the car to make sure I was happy with the overall quality of the car. He is definitely the most patient and customer-focused sales person I have ever dealt with. Pam Crocker, who did the financing both times I've purchased from Peters, was also excellent to work with. She made the financing an easy and fast process and made sure I had the all the information I needed. She's great to work with on this, especially if you're buying a car for the first time and aren't familiar with the financing process. I highly recommend this dealership. They will work with you on pricing and ensure you receive excellent customer service. More
We came into Peters looking for a new Pathfinder. He drove me back to the dealer that afternoon and we met with "MJ" Mike Jandrew. He was the nicest, most hardworking salesman I have ever come across! Knowledgeable, no nonsense, to the point. Everything he promised, he DID! He sold us a Nissan MURANO 2013! I love the car, the handling, the price and the features. Mike never stopped running around for us, handling every detail and making the whole car buying experience WONDERFUL! We cannot say enough about our sales associate and everyone we came in contact with at the dealer, from financing to sales and service. Buying a new car is a stressful and time consuming process. Art made the experience from start to finish a pleasant one. He was able and willing to answer any and all questions my husband and I had. He made us feel comfortable and confident that leasing another Nissan Altima was the right decision. The model Altima we wanted was not available in the current inventory, Art located a car and had it on the lot ready to drive home just as he said it would be. Upon delivery he took the time to take my husband and I through the entire car bumper to bumper ensuring us it was the car we had requested. Only 4 months ago, my fiancé and I decided we needed a second car. Quality of life was becoming richer, and we needed separate vehicles to get to and from work. We dealt with a mom and pop dealership th a second car. Quality of life was becoming richer, and we needed separate vehicles to get to and from work. We dealt with a mom and pop dealership that were quick and eager to take our down payment, throw us into a 2006 V8 gas guzzling Lincoln and push us off the lot. Not once did we feel as though our needs were compassionately being listened to. We took the car however, because our credit scores were not favorable, we were getting denied from most lending banks, and we thought this car was our only option. Most of our savings went into the down payment, and even more of our savings went toward filling the tank. Roughly two months after buying the Lincoln, MY car ended up reaching the end of its line, and I found myself at another dealership, trading my car in, putting an additional down payment for a decent trade, and going through this process all over again. It's draining, as a consumer, to pour all of your effort, much of your savings, and so much of your patience into something that may or may not be reliable, or even what you NEED. The V8 was draining us. We knew we had made a mistake, but were already into a loan- that not only did we think we couldn't get out of, but the loan was nearly double what the car was worth. I won't go into further details- but I will share with you that we were constantly stressed, constantly worried, and financially feeling like we were being sucked dry. We had no extended warranty, no perks, no bonuses, and honestly- no real options. I responded to an online ad, inquiring about Nissan leases. I was NOT hopeful, and in the back of my mind I felt like I may have been wasting my time. I got a prompt and immediate response from their internet manager, and made an appointment for the following morning. We walked in on Tuesday morning at 10 15. I was not going to leave without a car, and I was determined to change our situation. I pull long hours, I am dedicated to my job, I am in school part time for nursing, and my fiancé does the same. He works 6 days a week, 8 am to 7 30pm, and takes part time classes, and neither one of us deserved another storm! We were introduced to Art, who took an approach I've never seen from a salesman. His patience was easing, his charm was radiating, and his experience made us feel comfortable. It was as if he was taking the stress off my shoulders in layers. There was nothing but persistence, compassion, and a desire to fulfill someone else's needs. The way the whole process was taken care of was reputable, and I am more than amazed with the level of professionalism. I am shocked that there are car dealerships out there that actually care about how other people are living- and are willing to give someone a second chance! Art listened to our needs, and passed it along to the rest of his team, and they all worked together to get us into something we needed. Maybe these things don't work out for everyone, but the fact that a finance director is willing to push for a deal, and take a leap of faith that we are deserving- is enough for me to tell anyone and everyone to go to Peters Nissan. I am more than grateful and I am content with what we drove away with. We are now proud leasers of a 2013 Nissan Sentra SV, and we are ECSTATIC that we won't be filling the tank with 70 dollar-fills every 2-3 days. And in a year from now, I know where I'll be trading my Accord, because I can't wait to give them more business. Thank you for easing our stress and we hope your company continues to flourish! We drove away in tears, big cheesy smiles, full of gratitude, and we finally feel secure knowing the decisions we made will help us tremendously in the long run. More
