Emma was the first person I met and she walked me through weeks of decision-making in a professional yet personal way, answering my endless questions with clarity. She is informed and educated on Nissans, for sure. Once purchased, Pam in Finance explained in advance what I needed to do and what to bring to pick up my car. When I arrived my paperwork was done and my car was ready. Emma was there to explain the vehicle from front to back. When I needed to pick up a part from the Parts Dept. at closing time, Jeff made sure to take care of me quickly and Nate had one of his technicians run my car in even though it was quitting time. I chose to visit Peters Nissan based on the selection of the nissans they offered. I was completely surprised by the overall feeling even before entering the establishment.
