The value of servicing any vehicle on a regular basis - at a qualified repair facility can never be emphasized enough. Our records show that this car was driven over 65,000 miles since it was last serviced. When there are multiple issues with any vehicle, the quickest, most cost effective way to resolve problems is with proper diagnostics. While we are sorry when any customer leaves unhappy, we completely understand how frustrating it is to have so many vehicle problems. Our Service Advisor did his best to offer reasonable solutions to these issues. We will continue to recommend the most cost effective, reasonable options available to resolve any problems this customer decides to address.
