Had filled out all the credit paperwork online, while working with the associate. Was contacted by a customer care representative at the time. Told them I was working with someone at the dealership already. Purchased the car, the finance person who I can’t remember was great. A few days after purchase I noticed the tires were all low, and 2 of the 4 had no tire stem caps. I had heard nothing from the sales associate, but the customer care person had emailed me asking if I was satisfied. I said not really, I was concerned about the tires. They said reach out to my associate which I did. Told him the same thing, he said I could bring it in to get it looked at. I called the day I was bringing it in and he was unavailable and hadn’t said anything to the service department. I had just started a new job so I focused on that and hadn’t had a chance to call again. I received zero follow up from my associate as he had checked out at this point because he was happy with his commission. We got a call that a missing piece of our side mirror was in and we said we were still worried about the tires, because we had to put air in the tires every 2/3 days and now our ABS lights we going off. Finally after a couple months, they were going to look at the car. We were charged a $125 deductible from our warranty, and told we needed new tires now but when they sold us the tires less the 3 months earlier they supposedly had half the life left. So even though we told them within 48 hours there was an issue with the tires, they blatantly lie saying the tires had half the life left when they sold it, they charge us $125 to tell us this lie, and then are so lazy they don’t even put the remaining two tire stem caps back on. Long story short, do you self a favor stay away from this dealership and in my opinion all the Peters’ dealerships More
