2017 Titan I was looking to replace my 2005 F150. Narrowed it down to F**d, D*d*e and the Titan. You don't have to look far to realize Titan is where you want to I was looking to replace my 2005 F150. Narrowed it down to F**d, D*d*e and the Titan. You don't have to look far to realize Titan is where you want to be. IMHO! Now the sales staff, if you're looking at Nissan you need to talk to my man Ali Salah and his man Tony. Between the two of them they were able to put the truck I wanted together, in a timely manner. Can't say enough about those guys! Thanks much! If those two are not available ask for Josh. I had the pleasure of meeting him while Ali as introducing me to my new Titan. He was kind enough to transfer my plates from my F**d to the Titan. A real team player! BUYER BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE! Before I start, this isn't some aggravated review from someone that did not get the deal they wanted. My family and I have been pur BUYERS BEWARE! Before I start, this isn't some aggravated review from someone that did not get the deal they wanted. My family and I have been purchasing from Peter's Nissan for years dating back to my grandfather....With that being said: I will never purchase another car from Peter's Nissan again. My wife and I turned in our lease and leased a new pathfinder. Our salesperson Mike Melendez was less than helpful and pressured at every moment...After we leased the car ( which was an ordeal in itself as Mike Melendez had no idea when/if our car would be delivered) we were pressured by Mike to leave a positive review for Peter's as well as for himself before we were able to leave.... we had an appointment to sign papers at 6pm and didn't leave until 12:am ....A few days later we were contacted from someone at Peter's saying we owed him $500 and we had to pay it now. We thought it was a scam. I told him we had receipts and he said I had to text a picture of the receipt to his personal phone otherwise they would come get the car. We called Peter's back to say what happened and were told they lost all the paperwork and that the person who called would be dealt with. Three months later we got another bill from Nissan for another $600 for our old lease! We called the corporate Nissan who had no record of us turning in our old car. I then called Peter's and spoke to Ronnie and Tony (sales managers) who said we would probably have to pay the $600 but that they would contact Nissan and call back in an hour. A whole day passed without a call. I then called them to get an answer and was told that the odometer statement was never turned in and that Nissan thought we still had the old car and stopped making payments.... Turns out my wife's credit was hit for missed payments on a car we turned in and didn't own something that Peter's said they would fix and haven't...Finally, We were told that they turned in the odometer statement and to call Nissan corporation to make sure it was all set. We called and were told we were all set. Fast forward another month (5 months since turning in the car) where we get yet another bill for $500 . We called Nissan and were told that when we leased our new car that a promotion wasn't applied by Mike Melendez and our credit was hit yet again. This was all due to our unprofessional salesperson Mike Melendez and the rest of the staff at Peter's Nissan. Long story short, do not purchase a car from Peter's Nissan... they have gone down hill and just aren't the same. There is no customer with them, just a number they need to meet...My current car is a Volkswagen that is part of the diesel settlement... while I turn it in this week I was going to get a Nissan, however never again.... my sister parents and grandparents have also refused to go back to Peters.... that's a lot of business lost and hopefully others will read this and take my advice. More
