Recent Service I have been a long-time customer of Peter’s Nissan service dept. I recently (this week) worked with Tara Campbell in your group for some substantial m I have been a long-time customer of Peter’s Nissan service dept. I recently (this week) worked with Tara Campbell in your group for some substantial maintenance on my 2010 Murano. This is the first time I have commented on a service rep, but I thought it was necessary in this case because the service was exemplary. Tara was not only a pleasure to work with, but she is very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and provided great communications. We had a lot of email traffic back and forth and her replies were quick, informative and reassuring about the options and work being done was in my best interests. I also planned to have new tires installed elsewhere later this week, and at the last minute (with the pending storm forecasted for today), decided to see if your dealership could match the price on a specific tire I was hoping to have installed. Tara emailed me immediately and said she was looking into options, and within about 45 mins, she matched the price I had found and ordered them for later that day…I had a loaner so this was not an issue to wait another day, especially when I could have a “one-stop-shop” for my car needs. With a high mileage car, one is always tempted to eventually find alternative service, as there is a mindset that the dealership is more expensive. However, after this recent experience with Tara, I continue to be a proponent of always utilizing the service department with the dealership, because they really do know the vehicle, its systems and what needs to be done better that an independent mechanic. I can’t speak highly enough about Tara’s professionalism and her knowledge of the systems and repairs on the car. I still have a challenging issue with the display, that the technician couldn’t not figure out, and she is contacting Nissan engineering to get me an answer. I’m sure you are already aware of her outstanding qualities, but as an owner of a serviced-based business myself, I was compelled to bring it to your attention. What can I say…great service and peace of mind that everything is in working order…which is the key to keeping automotive service customers happy I think. More
