Very very pleasant. Everyone in Peter’s of Nashua NH very helpful from the front desk to our Salesperson Aaron Gibson to the gentleman who explained our extended warranty to us. Ron Harrison was our sales rep and was very helpful! Peters used to be my favorite dealership. Went to go get my 4th car from them and the sales manager, Cheryl, was the worst, most incompetent person I've ever dealt with. She tried telling me that my lease ( my 4th car from them and the sales manager, Cheryl, was the worst, most incompetent person I've ever dealt with. She tried telling me that my lease (that she was my sales person on 2 years ago) with 25k in mileage was barely able to be traded in since the tires were so bad. I told her I got an oil change at their establishment a month ago and my tires were all marked green on the service report, and she was dumbfounded that I caught her in a lie and reverted to telling me she was concerned for my safety. I'm a pregnant mom who works at home, I didn't take my Rogue out to the Nascar Speedway after my last oil change, and the tires are visually in phenomenal condition, so she's either a liar or bad at her job (or perhaps both). I asked her why the new lease price she was showing me was more than triple what I was originally was told and had absolutely none of the sales specials mailed to my house included in the price, and she told me Nissan was charging me 7 out of 9 of my remaining lease payments because I was trying to trade it in too early. I informed her I got 3 letters in the mail and an email specifically stating "We see you have 9 payments left and will give you $$$ in special offers towards your new lease" and she flat out did nothing to rectify it and just told me "yeah things have changed". Cheryl, and Cheryl alone, just lost this dealership A LOT of business. I will take ALL of my business elsewhere, including service, and will no longer recommend them to any family or friends (and I've gotten 3 people to buy cars there over the past few years). More
