Not a bad experience but.. My visit at peters was for the most part was pleasant. My salesman was attentive, and was semi-knowledgeable on the CR-V that I purchased, but needed My visit at peters was for the most part was pleasant. The finance part of my experience was easy, and quick. Service department was was a bit slow for being a Monday afternoon. All I needed was a inspection sticker (they also missed a chip in my windshield), and it took 45 minutes. If I purchased a vehicle from here again I think I would, but I might bypass on service dept. My Birthday Car Experience Today was my nineteenth birthday and I was surprised with a new car. Kathy is the definition of everything right with the work force in America. She had stellar customer service, stellar people skills, and stellar abilities to not only make a sale but make the customer feel happy that they choice to make a purchase at Peters Nissan. On top of just being our sales representative today, she also went out of her way to bake me a cake from scratch. Kathy is not only the best sales person ive ran into at the dealership but probably anywhere for that matter. After answering a few question in regards to financing and what I was looking for in a vehicle she found the perfect certified pre-owned vehicle for me. I was sceptical on being approved due to my credit history but the finance team worked very hard and got me approved for a reasonable monthly payment. Kathy and all the other staff members then made the rest of the process very smooth by addressing any questions or concerns I had. I look forward to many more years of business with this dealership.
