Happy, but with reservations. Omar was pleasant and very helpful. He was quick to respond to emails which made scheduling very easy. He was more than happy to go over features in detail. I was low balled on the trade-in. Kelly Blue Book valued the car at $6000 and I was initially offered $2000. I acknowledged a problem with the drivers side rear brake, but that should be a couple hundred dollars to repair. $315 for cross bars seemed expensive. I could have installed them myself rather than paying another $118, but that was frowned on. It seemed like a sleazy way of squeezing out a few more dollars. More
