Tara Campbell is my go to girl to keep my Nissan Pathfinder in top form. She is always able to get me in and out with appointments that meet my busy schedule. Her knowledge of the Nissan brand is outstanding and she never misses an opportunity to keep me up to date with insider info regarding the brand. I do not take my car anywhere else but the Nashua dealership as I am completely confident all my cars needs will be fulfilled. More

Got exactly what I wanted After doing some online research, I found the model with the requisite options that I wanted. As soon as I showed up, I requested a test drive which After doing some online research, I found the model with the requisite options that I wanted. As soon as I showed up, I requested a test drive which took place promptly. I had some online quotes so I knew the price with discounts and had an estimate (rough) for my trade-in. Given the test ride confirmed the smoothness of driving the Leaf, we finalized the deal. The process did not involve any "high pressure" and it was the paperwork that seemed to drag on a bit. However, in the end, I signed and made arrangements to pick up the car the following day since I needed to get a cashier's check (and it was too late that day since the banks were already closed). The run through of the car went fine and I drove it home the following day. More

Top Notch Customer Service The whole Service Department at Peter's provides excellent customer service. The prices are very competitive and I have never had an issue with any of the work performed and that's why I keep returning to Peters Nissan. I spoke with Jenna on the phone and she provided me a spot-on quote--so nice when the final bill is the same as the quoted price. Ryan wrote up my ticket, called with an update and reviewed some items that will need attention in the not too distant future, but there was no pressure to have any of the items taken care that day. Peter's courtesy shuttle service is a huge bonus and Jim makes the commute so pleasant. The other big plus is a car wash and vacuum. Love it! The only thing I'd do differently is...nothing. Peters has a great formula for quality auto service and outstanding customer service. More
