An AMAZING Experience!! I want to take the time to personally thank Michael Melendez for a wonderful experience at Peters of Nashua! I was ready to trade in my 2013 Hyunda I want to take the time to personally thank Michael Melendez for a wonderful experience at Peters of Nashua! I was ready to trade in my 2013 Hyundai Accent, knowing that I wanted to move up into an SUV. I had shopped around a couple of dealerships, one being Team Nissan in Manchester, NH. The experience was awful and the customer service was horrible. Knowing I wanted to buy a vehicle within a weekend time frame, I had to make a decision. From the minute my mom and I walked into Peters of Nashua, we felt like family! Michael let us look around, as I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to look at, or buy. He later came back, introduced himself very professionally, as it all goes up hill from there! He let me take my time, test drive as many vehicles as I wanted to, and showed me each and every vehicle inside and out. He let me ask questions, and responded to them in a timely manner, and was 100% honest with me! As it came time to talk numbers, I was getting a little worried as I knew what my budget was, and didn’t want to exceed that. Michael took the time to walk me to the through the process and was able to get my monthly payment into the budget that I was looking for. I would like to thank Michael, as I have NEVER seen such, amazing customer service! He is not only very professional, but has a wonderful personality. Michael made conversation about his personal life, my personal life, and didn’t always talk about the car buying process, which made it much easier! Thank you for an amazing experience, as I will ALWAYS refer anyone to Michael and peters of Nashua!!!!! You rock Michael!!!! More
