Lisa responded within minutes and followed up daily asking if there was anything else she could do for me and if there was a time we could setup to come in. First, I want to say that car dealerships have never been part of my favorite shopping experiences, at least until now. Cheryl met me as I was approaching the door and from that moment it was a friendly, stress free few hours before driving away with a new leased Rogue with everything I wanted including a price I could afford and without the back and forth for hours haggling over a price. Disaster repair made easy!!! Tara is absolutely amazing and is always friendly whenever my Murano needs service. She’s always my go to. I needed basically my entire sunroof replaced and it ended up being a nightmare for everyone involved. Tara spent hours making sure that everything was being covered by my extended warranty which proved to be way more difficult than it needed to be. She made sure I was set up with a loaner car for the entire 5ish weeks it took from start to finish. And always kept me informed of what was going on. She was amazing and wouldn’t have been able to get through any of it without her help!!! More
