Mike helped me when I first went to Peter’s 2 years ago to lease my 2016 Honda Civic. Today, he helped me get into a brand new 2018 Nissan Rogue. He is very knowledgeable and familiar with the different vehicles therefore doing a great job of matching his customer’s wish list, to their best option. Being my second time working with him, he has once again gotten me the very best price possible and always looks out for the best interest of his customers. Suprisingly Overall Excellent Experience We were in the market for a new car. We unexpectedly ended up Peters Nissan in Nashua NH. We were pleasantly greeted by a salesman who's name we did n We were in the market for a new car. We unexpectedly ended up Peters Nissan in Nashua NH. We were pleasantly greeted by a salesman who's name we did not catch, who stopped to answer my wife's questions regarding a Certified Preowned Murano. I believe he may have been with another customer as Kathy Vitale approached to answer any other questions wee may have regarding the vehicle. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all our questions. During the test drive Kathy was able to explain the features of the vehicle in a clear concise way. There was never a sense of "sales pressure" during the entire experience. We also spoke with George Matachun, the General Sales Manager, and he came across as genuine. When you get to the point of talking to a sales manager, this is where you experience the "sales pressure" again there was none. My wife, not knowing what type of vehicle she was looking for wanted to look at other makes and models so we decided to leave and visit a few more dealerships. After a couple hours we went back to Peters and purchased the Murano. We were welcomed back warmly by George and waited for Kathy to finish with another customer. The process picked up as if we had never left When we finalized the deal we were introduced to Geoff Garden the "finance guy". Geoff was very easy to talk to and in my opinion respected our decisions. Again no sales pressure from him as well, there was no pushing extras. I would say that our overall experience was extremely satisfying and pleasant. I would highly recommend you give Kathy Vitale and the sales team at Peters Nissan. More
