Can't say enough about the treatment we received. We wanted a particular color with definite features. They told us they would find the car and have it in the dealership on Monday. This was Saturday. And that is exactly what they did. We have just the Nissan that we wanted. Thank you Brayan and Ali. More
A Broken Record? I'm sounding like a broken record, but I love the service from Peter's Nissan. I'm less than thrilled with Subaru's responsiveness, though. I recently I'm sounding like a broken record, but I love the service from Peter's Nissan. I'm less than thrilled with Subaru's responsiveness, though. I recently noticed that there was a decided port list to my 2014 Subaru Forester. I took it in to Peter's and it was discovered that there was a corroded spring. I was offered a loaner immediately, which was great. But, when the part was ordered from Subaru, it took over 2 weeks to get. My service rep at Peter's, Ryan, kept me informed of the status on the order. When I offered to return the loaner, Ryan said that was not necessary and I was welcome to use it until my car was repaired. I had the use of a really nice, brand new 2018 Rogue until my car was repaired. This, to me, was beyond generous. When the work was completed, the actual bill was less than quoted--an real pleasant surprise. I'm still upset with Subaru. Given the length of time it took to get the part from Subaru, I'm thinking either this corroded spring is a very common, and costly, occurrence and they had to make one especially for me or it's not a common occurrence...and they had to make a spring just for me. Either way, I consider a two week+ wait for a part to be unacceptable. It's disappointing to say the least. However, Peter's made the whole ordeal far less painful than it could have been, so once again Thank You all at Peter's Nissan Service! More
