Anevay Duffy, Customer Care Manager, was exceptional and instilled a sense of friendliness, professionalism, and trust from her initial email, to our phone conversations, and then meeting her when I chose the actual car and test drove it. Ali Salah was the best sales adviser anyone could ask for. He was courteous, sincere, and knew the cars and the business inside and out. He made sure that I met everyone I was going to be dealing with as well as a few more. Most importantly to me was the fact that the dealership offered to pick me up since I didn't have a car at the time and Ali drove 40 minutes to get me -- twice -- as well as one return trip!! I chose the car and finished the paperwork the first day and they had the car ready for me the next day. Ali also spent considerable time acquainting me with the technology and helping me customize the various settings. I've already recommended the dealership to half a dozen people in the first two days! I feel truly blessed to have found this dealership and I sincerely expect to lease or purchase my cars from them for a very long time! More

Ali Salah is an amazing Sales Consultant! I can’t say enough positive things about Ali Salah. I am 50 years old and have bought many cars and worked with many dealerships and salesman. He is super professional, composed, not pushy. While we were looking for a rogue this time we went to many dealers and what was obvious none of the other salesman take the time to deeply learn about the vehicles; not Ali, he knew everything. He gave an exceptional overview and answered all my questions. I have so much respect for someone who takes the time to learn about what they sell and become an expert in the product and and chooses to let the car almost sell itself through what it offers versus bs sales tactics. Also, my experience with Ali reminded me of a 5 star hotel stay, totally focused on the customer and meetingmy needs. Asking if I want to try this or see that, do I need some water, anything else I can help you with, etc. As I said in the beginning, I can’t say enough good about Ali. He gives car salesman a good name!!!!! More

Let’s face it, buying a car takes a long time no matter where you go. This was my 4th car since 2006 and between all the dealerships I’ve been to, this was one of my favorites. Since it’s a long day, your surroundings at the dealership matter. At least to me! I hate being around boring people and everyone here was peppy, nice and relaxed. they had plenty of water bottles for when ours ran out, and let us use the car we wanted to go get lunch as part of the test drive. Our 6 year old son Jack was with us all day and he didn’t mind it there either. A more dedicated kids area would be cool, I’ve seen them before at other dealerships. Just something more for them to do, maybe a corner with legos and a chalk board or something. But we came prepared so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall I highly recommend Ali and Peters Nissan in Nashua. He helped us get into the right vehicle for us and I absolutely love it. Was able to answer all my questions and kept us updated at every point. Great guy! More
