As soon as we walked in the door, Ali and the Peters Team made sure we were comfortable and were very accommodating with having our puppy there during this whole process (extremely dog friendly - treats at the counter)! Ali worked with us to find the best deal possible that would fit our budget without changing the type of vehicle we had in mind. Ali worked only with us during this experience and searched multiple parking lots to compare colors of the vehicle to give me more options. Ali was very thorough when explaining all components of the vehicle and took his time to make sure all of our questions were answered - he even gave us his cell number and email if we had any additional questions. Got a Great deal on a new lease! Was able to get into a new lease for less than I was paying on my 2013 car. Got me out of my current loan and into a new lease with ease. I wasn't sure if it was going to work because I still owed quite a bit on my current loan. After talking with the salesperson he told me that it would be possible for about the same amount. All said and done I was pleasantly surprised that I am now paying about $10 per month less on my brand new Lease. Thank You Jim Jackson for making it such an enjoyable experience and easy transition from old to new.
