Customer Service was incredible at Peters I had been researching a used car for my 19 year old daughter. There was a 2011 Rav 4 in stock that we were interested in looking at. When we arrived we were greeted by Aaron Espiritusanto and went on a test drive. The car was great and we decided to purchase it. Aaron did an excellent job taking us through the buying process. While we worked with finance he made sure the car was inspected and ready for delivery. He was very personable and took great care of us. We also had some additional insurance questions and Steve Eosue helped get us answers and was great to work with. I also really appreciated Wayne Laverdiere in finance, he was really easy to work with and did a great job explaining the finance options. Throughout the process the sales and finance teams at your dealership were fantastic. I especially appreciated there patience because I wanted my daughter to get an understanding of the overall process when she buys her next car. Big thank you to everyone at Peters! Tara is the best! My maintenance light came on in my Rogue when I was away last week and in a panic called Tara this past Saturday when I was back in town to see if she My maintenance light came on in my Rogue when I was away last week and in a panic called Tara this past Saturday when I was back in town to see if she by any chance could squeeze me in for an oil change and tire rotation. I realize how busy dealerships can be on the weekend and didn’t expect her to be able to get me in on such short notice, but Tara came through and got me in on the same day! I wasn’t on a time crunch and was able to leave my car and get other things done so service could get my car taken care of when they had a chance. They were doing me a huge favor by making it happen without having an appointment booked in advance, which I really appreciated. Tara let me know a few hours later that my car was all set to be picked up and let me know what the total cost was. When I came in to pick it up, the cashier had my paperwork and keys ready to go and when I got to my car they had even washed it for me (which after a long trip driving prior to bringing it in was much needed)! She is so personable, kind, and helpful.. Peters is truly lucky to have someone like her as part of their team! Thank you again Tara, you will definitely be my go-to girl for anything service related down the road!! More
