Vehicle was in for a recall, something to do with the Fan module on the AC unit. I called the Nissan service department and was easliy able to get an appointment. On arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by one of the service people as soon as I entered the facility. He took the info he needed and got me on my way quickly, he even took the time to call me to tell me that the vehicle had been repaired, and informed me that I was over due on some fluid changes. (I did not have it done) but he told me and was not pushy in trying to get me to do it righ then and there. I am thinking of trading my Nissan Titan for a new truck, I only hope the service department at what ever I buy is as nice and friendly as the one at Peters, I have never had a problem with these people. More
Peters is always accommodating to my schedule. I've never had a problem getting appointments that fit my timeframe. Check in and check out is very fast. The courtesy shuttle is very convenient. In the past several years, I have purchased two new cars from Peters Nissan in Nashua, NH. The first was a 1998 Altima, which we still own and enjoy driving to this day. Our Altima has well over 100K miles on it and continues to serve us well, thanks in large part to the service department at Peters. Whether it’s been routine maintenance or a major issue, Peters service department has consistently impressed me with their expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. Most importantly, both existing and potential problems were always quickly diagnosed, explained, and resolved to my complete satisfaction. When I was in need of second car, I purchased a new Sentra in 2004 because I had been so pleased with the quality and pricing of Nissan products, and I purchased it from Peters primarily because of their outstanding service department. As I have come to expect, their care and maintenance of the Sentra has been courteous, reliable, and affordable, especially when compared with four other dealerships from which I bought new vehicles over the years. At the time my brother-in-law was looking for another car, he asked me about Nissan, and since he lives in Nashua, he was interested in my experience with Peters service department. After I recommended both their cars and their service, he bought a Sentra from Peters, where he too has been thoroughly satisfied and equally complimentary of their service. Although their product is cars, the difference with Peter’s is that their focus is people: not only the people who are their customers but their own people. From the service manager to the service agents to the mechanics to the cashier, everyone knows what they are doing, and they do it for others as if they were doing it for family and friends. When they have your car in service, they have you in mind: your schedule, your safety, and your satisfaction. I bought my 2008 Nissan from another dealer and was less than pleased with me sales experience. In my travels for business I stopped by Peters Nissan to see if they could help me out with some maintenance o than pleased with me sales experience. Now bear in mind that I didn't have an appointment but they were very helpful and were up front and honest. They got my car in a timely fashion and I have gone back to them several times for warranty and maintenance. Nate has been very helpful. I don't live close by and he knows that so he helps me out. If it weren't for this service department I probably wouldn't be coming this far. They make it worth the trip. Antonio More
I bought my 2009 Nissan Versa 1.8S HB in August 2008. I have had it in several times for routine service (oil changes and normal inspections). I also just recently had it serviced for a broken battery shro have had it in several times for routine service (oil changes and normal inspections). I also just recently had it serviced for a broken battery shroud (plastic heat-cover). On all occasions the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. My appointments have always been kept on time and in fact on a couple of times when I was early they did not make me wait but serviced my car right away. They also wash your car each time it is in for service which is a pleasant perk. Being from NYC, I always try to tip the service advisor and/or the mechanics, but no one accepts my money, telling me instead to donate it to charity if I like. I usually try to see my initial salesperson when I am at the dealership, and Samantha Sula is always friendly and willing to spend a few minutes catching up on all things automotive. She handled the initial sale professionally and with great efficiency, I had absolutely no complaints when I drove my new car off the lot. She has followed up periodically with postcards and letters to see how I am doing and how my vehicle is doing as well. Service Advisor Jim Hinkle is a wonderful asset to Peters Auto, he is always friendly and remembers my name. He shows a willingness to listen and resolve any problem, no matter how seemingly small. The other advisors as well are friendly and helpful. This is my first Nissan and if things continue as they have been I will certainly purchase another down the road. My car has 10,000 miles with no trouble. I bought the extended warranty and the service contract also. I highly recommend Peters Auto for their professionalism and attention to the customer. The service staff at Peter's NISSAN of Nashua are the VERY VERY BEST! I recently went to Peter's service department becasue I had hit a deer and they made all the arrangements for the repairs to my 2007 VERY VERY BEST! I'm not much for bringing vehicles to the shop, but the one place I don't mind going is Peter's Nissan. I've had to bring my car in to have some warranty work performed and Nate provided me with a pleasant one place I don't mind going is Peter's Nissan. From being able to provide me with another car to drive and making the repair timely, he and Peters have done much to improve my outlook on this dealership. Nice job. More
The Peters Nissan service department is very helpful and always there when you need them. Whether it be setting an appointment on a moments notice or answering a question that I may have, they have always b always there when you need them. I worked with Nate last and he took the time to go over my history and recommend anything I needed. I am impressed with the professionalism that they instill and I never hesitate to take my vehicle there for work. I can go other places for cheaper money....but I also get less service and non factory parts which are annoying most of the time. They usually cause more problems than they are worth. More
I had to go to Peters Nissan for a warranty repair that I was not looking forward to dealing with. When I walked into Peters the people there changed my perspective on that. They changed my negative outlook was not looking forward to dealing with. When I walked into Peters the people there changed my perspective on that. They changed my negative outlook into a positive one. They got my car in and out and Nate did a great job reassuring me that my car was repaired properly and made me feel that I was important. Even though there were other customers around and being catered to. I would recommend Peters Nissan to anyone! More
