I got my new Versa hatchback with the options and for the price I wanted, and so far (I've had it for 4 days!)I am very happy with my perchase! I've bought my previous car across the parking lot at Peter's Honda and had similarly good service. Great dealership all around! More
The experience I had at this dealership was excellent from start to finish. It was the best experience I had after purchasing cars for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of working with Gregory Lovering, from start to finish. It was the best experience I had after purchasing cars for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of working with Gregory Lovering, an excellent salesperson who happens to be a Vet. The customer service did not end with the sale. Greg followed through to make sure that we were totally happy with the car. He resolved any issues to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. I contacted over seven dealerships in the area, Nissan and others. Peters gave the best price of any and there was no high pressure used. I did not have to go through a long tedious and insulting negotiating process. After contacting a number of dealers and doing extensive research, I knew what I wanted to pay and what was a reasonable price. I presented the figure and they accepted it. It was as easy as that. Other dealers advertised prices that were well below the actual price out the door. This dealership did not participate in this type of deceptive salesmanship. One dealer was almost $800 more than what we paid at Peters. Another dealer said they would match the price of any local Nissan Dealer. They could not match the price I got from Peters. It should also be noted that the other people I spoke to at Peters were also very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience!! More
I did comparative evaluation of Toyota Camry hybrid, Ford Fusion hybrid, and Nissan Altima hybrid on the internet. I took test drives for all three. My preference was for the Nissan. Therefore, I contacted Fusion hybrid, and Nissan Altima hybrid on the internet. I took test drives for all three. My preference was for the Nissan. Therefore, I contacted Peters via email and received a response within 15 minutes from Markos Pournaras. The price was the best of the three hybrids. Also, the tax incentive was a factor to consider. Although Peters cannot stock hybrids, Markos was able to get what I wanted within a few days. He went to MA to get the necessary insurance stamp and then went to the registry for title and plates. Consequently, I was able to take delivery within a week. I also took the 3 year maintenance plan. The tour of the dealership and service area was impressive. I believe that the salesman, Markos, should be promoted to management. He is very professional and has many years experience. More

Peters of Nissan has gone beyond my expectations. They have truely made my dream come true. I have always owned Z's but for the last 12 years have not owned one and now for my last car I wanted once agai have truely made my dream come true. I have owned Nissans for twenty two years. Over that period I have dealt with numerous dealerships most of which employ a high pressure staff and the stereotypical sales tactics. After visiting seven dealers in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, plus the Internet, I visited Peters.The first thing I noticed was the friendliness and caring attitude that transcends the entire dealership. I was met by Anna Turchi and Ken Warren. They presented several lease and purchase options while being receptive to my needs and financial concerns. They made themselves available on days off if I had any questions, or wanted to see another vehicle. On September 24th I drove a 2009 Altima home. Since then, I've had both my car and a 2006 Murano serviced at Peters. The service staff portrays the same characteristics as the sales department. During the year, I've received emails from Anna on programs offered by Nissan and Peters. The latest offer of 0.9% for 60 months on the 2010 Murano brought me back without even thinking of another dealership. Once again, working with Anna and Ken was an absolute pleasure. Within 3 days, we had a deal made and I drove the new car home yesterday. More

It was a no-pressure experience, which is awesome! Greg Lovering helped us on picking up the vehicle, set up my wife's phone to work with the bluetooth system, and gave excellent advice about the car. Pam Crocker who handled the title paperwork and actual payment even went out of her way to make our 5 year old feel at home there. She was helpful in explaining the various warranty and service packages available. We even got to talk with the general sales manager, Ken Warren. It gave us a great feeling having a chat with him, a very personable and friendly individual. Clearly he has a great team working with him. We would like to give Peters an A++ in being an excellent dealership to work with. Finally, the new car we bought is awesome and fun! It is also highly rated for safety. Andrew and Vickie More
Greg was very interested in supplying me the car mf wife wanted. He also took into account a very unusual trade situation of two vehicles for one new one. Also my daughter serviced her car there,(new tires, alignment, oil & filter etc). The tech told her she needed some pipe underneath for the cooling system for about $200. After the repair, they said that was covered under warranty and it only cost her $50. They were very honest to a single woman in that situation. My hat is off to Peters whole group. Thank you More
