Jeff in the service department is amazing. My experience with him alone was the most impressive experience I've ever had with any dealership service department ever. I had done a lot of research online so I had an idea of what I was willing to pay. I originally met with Richard but since I had requested info online I worked with Raphael. Usually, the finance dept. is tedious and high pressured. Pam was pleasant, and very helpful Once I was ready to drive out in my new car, Raphael spend almost an hour with me going over the car and all the options. He helped me set up my phone, navigation system and answered all my questions. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More

I was looking at buying a Juke and had done a lot of research on line about the car. I gave my contact info on line and was contacted by Chris from Peter's because it was Brent's day off.....he asked me research on line about the car. I gave Chris a price I could afford and he said he'd make it happen....he did, but I was still reluctant to have the monthly payment that high, so he suggested a Versa. When I went by to look at it Brent was there. We went for a long test drive to make sure that I would be happy with this car over the Juke and Brent took extra care in making sure that I knew all about the car and it's features. I bought the Versa and love it.....I traded in my Buick Regal and I've already seen a savings in gas in just the short time I've owned it. Everyone that I've dealt with at Peter's has treated me fantastic. Helpful, smiling and always a big thank you! These qualities are rare to find nowadays. Another dealership I talked with in Manchester was only interested in selling me a car, but not Peter's. They got to know me and didn't try to just sell me a car. They knew what I could afford and put me in the right car for the right price. Thank you to everyone for making this a pleasant experience! Also, I had my grandson Oscar with me and the other sales guys were great at keeping him entertained....he said he really had fun there and want's to go back with me the next time I go. The salesperson I had was constantly answering his cell phone while I was there. They understand you have choices when looking for a car and want your business. Alex, my sales associate, showed me the cars available and as a new associate was open about his experience and offered to get answers to anything he was unsure of. Guy, the Sales Manager, was sure to crunch the numbers to make a deal we wanted and had an amazingly positive attitude. Pam, the Business Manager, was ready for us and explained everything we were signing. The employees at Peters genuinely seem happy to be working together and for a great dealership!
