Outstanding service every time I have brought our autos to Peter's. I've dealt with just about all the Service Reps--Jim, Frank, Nate, Jeff--and each is as good as the other. Thus we went in for a trade and a bit of a loan and ended up still with a trade and a better car and a slightly larger loan! Chris Toothman was understanding of our budget and needs and Rafael Rodriguez-well Mr. Tech savvy was patient in letting us simply how our car functioned! I called and Rafael R. was very helpful and called me back right away to confirm that the vehicle I saw online was still available. I went up right away and purchased it that day. Rafael H. the finance mgr. was also great, as was everyone I came in contact with. I am so glad I went back to Peters; I remembered them as being wonderful to work with and they did not disappoint.
