Any potential customer should be acutely aware of their highly misleading business practices, particularly concerning vehicle acquisitions. The process began with a firm, confident offer to purchase my vehicle at a specific price—an offer that necessitated over four hours of my time, including dedicated travel to their location. This initial quote, which I trusted was a good-faith commitment, proved to be nothing more than a lure. Upon arrival, the staff, who seem to operate under the confusing guise of the 'DriveO' brand to obscure accountability to the main dealership, engaged in protracted, stalling tactics. After four hours of waiting, negotiations, and inspections, the dealership flatly refused to honor their initial, binding offer. This is the definition of a bait-and-switch: using a high initial quote to physically get a seller onto their property, only to refuse the transaction and waste the seller's valuable time. This was not merely a case of minor negotiation; this was outright refusal to complete a transaction they had initiated and solicited. The team at Peters of Nashua/DriveO demonstrated a cynical disregard for the customer’s time and operated with an alarming lack of integrity. This dealership relies on deception to move people into their showroom. I strongly advise taking your business to any establishment that values transparency and respects its clients. More
Purchased a new ‘18 Rogue 5 years ago. All inspections and service was done when due at Peter’s. I recently handed my Rogue over to my son for a cross-country trip. Wanted to get the car “looked over” for any foreseeable issues. Tara in the service department was super friendly, was able to get the car in the next day, and had a few minor issues taken care of that same day! She also pointed out and applied a dealer special discount they were running at the time. A follow-up call a couple days later to make sure everything was ok was greatly appreciated. The attention to details at Peter’s is unusual these days. Because of this, I recently purchased a new Murano. If interested in a new Nissan, I highly recommend Peter’s in Nashua. Their service department is exceptional. More

I had to bring my 2016 Nissan Altima SL to Peters to address a Voluntary Nissan issue related to faulty rear suspension components that give out due to residing in "high salt" states. My passenger side rear suspension gave out while driving home at night with my wife and son in the car, traveling at 60 MPH. Not Good and lucky I was able to maintain control of the car, despite warning lights illuminating my dashboard, the steering wheel going out of alignment. From the moment I entered the dealership and assigned Ryan Reynolds as my advisor, I felt he always had my best interest in mind. This excellent service continued throughout my experience, including timely, concise updates via texts and phone calls. To both Nissan and Peters credit, all required repairs were completed successfully, at no cost at all to me and I was also given a 2023 Nissan Altima as a loaner, while the repairs were being made. What I originally expected to be an excruciating experience, akin to going to the electric chair, ended up being a great example of tremendous customer experience and satisfaction. Kudos to Peters Nissan of Nashua and extra special thanks to Ryan Reynolds, who was a true difference maker. Well Done! More

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. I attempted to buy a Nissan Versa but was unable too. They told me they didn't have any on site but one was being delivered very shortly. And then they kept lying to me after they had taken my 500$ hold. Kept telling me it was coming and it never did. All they did is waste my time. Don't bother going here, all they do is lie to you to try and make some cash. Sioban I would stay very clear of and same with Tom Pare. Those are both the people I dealt with and they both lied to me numerous times. This is the worst car dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! More

After having parts ordered at an appointment was told 2 months later there was no proof I was ever there until I showed them proof then magically the manager made it happen. Good luck canceling your warranty because you’ll be waiting 3+ months when you’re told it takes 2-4 weeks. Place is so horrible it’s honestly comical. Plus good luck with Nissans cvt transmission. Worst car decision I’ve made in years walking into peters nissan. More
