Made a bad situation better. My 2015 Honda CR-V was having transmission problems, so I made an appointment to have a computer update for my trans. on the following Saturday.... My 2015 Honda CR-V was having transmission problems, so I made an appointment to have a computer update for my trans. on the following Saturday.... well,,,,,my CR-V didn't make it that far. The same day I made my appointment my trans. stopped working(Drive,reverse,low gear,everything). So I had my CR-V towed to Peter's Honda on Saturday night. I called Peter's on Monday morning to let them know my vehicle was there, and they started working on it right away. They called the same day, and said that I needed a new transmission. Lucky for me it was covered under factory warranty. I really didn't expect my vehicle back for a week, but Peter's got it done in three days. Amazing!!! My CR-V now goes down the road beautifully. She did absolutely everything in her power to make sure we got everything we wanted in the car.
