James Page reviewed my service appointment information and quickly took in the vehicle - all set. The service was completed within the estimated time given, no surprises or up-sell pressure. She was very personable and she really reset my perception of car dealerships. I appreciate her attention to detail and warm personality. My only critique would be that they need some more financing personnel to process applications - it took a little longer than usual but Jackie was very upfront about that. And she maximized her time to accomplish tasks so that it would minimize my wait as much as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
