I had gone for maintenance with my prior car but my husband and I found us in the Market of moving down to 1 car, selling both our individual cars: Jeep & prior Honda CRV for a newer version of the Honda CRV. Ron worked with us efficiently to get all of what we wanted done in a seamless process. We were able to easily sell our cars and buy a new styled CRV. Ron was informative and met us on what we specifically said our needs were. On track and providing extra information to the cars we sought out to consider, we left with our new CRV and a great experience. Weather it is using the dealer for maintenance, selling, buying, or leasing, it is a great place. Jon was the manager who handled the in and out of finance logistics, he was in addition great to work with and made sure all the dots were covered for a great close! Work with Ron or Jon and you will not be disappointed! More

It was soon after that I started looking for another local mechanic that I could trust and believe in. I had a lot of trouble with trust with Peter’s back then. My daughter purchased a new CRV from Peter’s in 2005. Whenever she went in to have work done, the people serving her were treating her badly. The feeling she got was that they felt they didn’t really need to explain issues with her car because she was a woman. I brought her car in a couple times and they did the same to me. I determined that it wasn’t because she was a woman but it was rather they didn’t know much about cars. In the meantime, I bought a used 2002 Toyota pick-up truck from Autofair in 2005 and a couple years later, I sold it back to Autofair and bought my Daughter’s 2005 CRV from her. I bought a new Honda Accord in 2008 but not from Peter’s. Again, I went to Autofair in Manchester to get it. I wanted a Honda but I was definitely not going to get it at Peter’s. Autofair treated me very well but after 3-4 years with them, I felt I wanted a local shop to get my car things done. So I found a local shop in Nashua that I trusted. Well, the local shop went through a number of employee changes and now had a front man who was not very good at what he does. I was losing my trust again. I had a couple of recalls on my 2008 Accord that I decided to bring to Peter’s rather than go to Manchester Autofair. Peter’s folks treated me pretty good. So now I felt I had another alternative to work on my cars and tried them out recently. I worked with James Page. After my first visit, I wanted to talk to someone about issues they had found and James had me talk directly to the mechanic, Craig. You don’t get that kind of treatment everywhere. Craig explained what his thought process was about each issue and it all made sense to me. We have now taken care of two issues at Peter’s and I will bring my car in for a brake job in July when my state inspection is due. I feel that Peter’s has changed significantly since their early days and I like what I see today. I will keep testing them as I have done with all the folks that have worked for me. But right now, I certainly like what I see from them. More

Since I had purchased the pre-owned CRV from another dealer in Nov. 2018 for my wife, I was interested in obtaining continuing maintenance at an official Honda dealer service. The initial brake service was a 5-star experience so I returned for the recommended services this mast May 2019. Once again the service was 5-star. All personnel are courteous and professional, the auto returned on time as promised and even included a needed shuttle service . I would definitely recommend the dealership for service. More

The receptionist, Elaine Ballantine, was exceptionally friendly and efficient in checking us out. It made our experience at Peter's even more enjoyable.
