the best car purchase experience I have ever had. I have bought many cars in my days but I have never had such a great experience. Everyone was nice, expedient and on point. The whole thing took but I have bought many cars in my days but I have never had such a great experience. Everyone was nice, expedient and on point. The whole thing took but an hour total time and car was ready next day for pickup registered and with plates. Loved it. Highly recommend. More
Best car buying experience ever! Pulling into Peter’s we expected to be ambushed by sales personnel. Instead we walked into the lobby and looked around at the models. At this time Joe Pulling into Peter’s we expected to be ambushed by sales personnel. Instead we walked into the lobby and looked around at the models. At this time Joe Orlando walked over and asked if he could help. Telling him we were new to Honda and just wanted to see the different models he said to cruise the lot and see what Honda offered. If we had questions he was there to answer. We returned with a few questions, got answers and left to think it over. Returning the next day, we found Joe and told him what we thought we were interest in. He showed us the car on the lot, explained what it had to offered and left us to think more. We told him we would be back. Having had time to think and decide we returned two days later, told Joe what we wanted and asked about pricing and finance. We met Steve who took us thru the numbers and talked with Eric to set up financing. We ended up purchasing a 2019 CR-V Touring. On delivery Joe spent an hour showing and setting things up for us. We drove away proud and happy. The point of impression was that at no time was there any type of pressure to buy. When the time to buy again comes along Peter’s and the wonderful experience will be our first thought. Thank you Joe for your professional approach. More

We never felt overwhelmed or lost in the numbers or the process of buying a Honda at a very competitve / fair price. He is an excellent communicator. We shopped for best pricing at a lot of other dealerships but especially in online communications with many dealers in a large radius. Peters won our business because of Ron. After wrapping up the purchase at Peters, Ron spent well over an hour teaching us how to operate every system in the vehicle - yes I said teaching us, not drowning us. Cars seem to be computers on wheels these days. We’re really glad we ended our car search at Peters with Ron Harrison. More
Bought AS IS, but were treated like we were buying new! My husband saw a couple wholesale vehicles online so we went to check those out. My 16 year old is working on driving hours and, once licensed, will need a car. Arrived at 11:30am on a Sunday, not realizing open was at noon. Rocky arrived at the same time and came right over. Well, we went back and forth for a bit, test drove, talked some more. We knew where we needed to be moneywise and Rocky made sure he got us there! Even after noting that it was busier than normal for a Sunday, he still made us feel as if our purchase was just as important as anyone else's. (I work in retail with commissioned sales people so I understand time is precious.) The courtesy tow was a bonus as we were not able to drive the "as is" car off the lot. Would definitely do business here again. More

Nice.........informative and no pressure I have had previous experiences with Peters ......all,of them a pleasure. I had all my questions or concerns dealt with in a friendly, courteous mann I have had previous experiences with Peters ......all,of them a pleasure. I had all my questions or concerns dealt with in a friendly, courteous manner. At no time was I pressured into making a decision. I was made aware of the various programs available from Honda, so I had the information I needed to make a decision. The car I chose had many bells and whistles ......not familiar to me and my salesperson spent as much time as I needed and has made herself available......after the sale.........if I want more assistance. I wish I had my own company because I would hire him, it really is too bad that he does not work there anymore and you should of tried harder to retain him! More
