There was an issue that they did not want to do it because there was no existing manufacturing for the material. HONDA sent JAMES on multiple dead ends from May 15 to June 20th.... Which meant we did not a have a vehicle to use for the month; James kept up with continuous updates twice/ three times a week...... He finally he got a loaner to us to use . I did not understand why the detailing $$ cost $8000 and the HONDA WARRANTY GROUP did not want to cough it up. James was directed to go to a a material warehouse & buy material out-right.... When it finally came in ,it was again the wrong material & HONDA dealership was hit with a non-support from the WARRANTY GROUP..... I would give give JAMES 10-STARS. Professionalism, Customer Relation, sticking to the Problem-never giving up, I would send HONDA WARRANTY GROUP back to school to learn customer relations and how to support their lease product. THINGS in life has changed-----They are looking at what was done in the late 80'searly 90's...... It is now families buying lease, not corporations only. More
