I had a service appt today and literally was the worst experience ever. I made the appt last week. My brakes were gone and my appt was at 9:15. I had to drop off the night before. I called at 10am and was treated very rudely by “Rachel” and was told multiple times how busy the department was and they were doing the best they could and she had no idea when my car would be looked at. My 14 yo was hospitalized last week and diagnosed with Diabetes. I am a single parent and needed my car. I called and left a message for the service manager and never received a call back. My car was completed and upon going to pick it up I was told my paperwork was lost and my service person had left for the day. I pleaded for them to look for it and they found it. I then went to pay and the woman checking me out tried to charge me $7000 for a $900 repair and rudely said “your card was declined”. Then when she fixed all of that mess I asked where my car was parked. I was told somewhere in the parking lot. Today was an absolute service day for me and I I am shocked that a mgr did not call me back. More
I needed to buy a Toyota 4Runner and Peters had exactly what i needed. I touched base with a highly reviewed sales person (Anthony Glenn) who did something very few in the business do, he listened. He heard what i wanted, knew my concerns and put me in a position to see for myself that they were handled. He gave me all the time i needed with the truck, came with me on a comprehensive test drive, and answered all my questions. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought at least a dozen cars over the years and I will be going back to see Anthony for all my future vehicle needs. I went into the dealership loaded for bear, watched countless YouTube videos on what to look out for. Anthony and the dealership didn't set off a single red flag. I was treated with respect and while I was offered products that didn't fit my particular needs by the F+I manager, he answered my questions and didn't try to push me into options I didn't want. I also took one of those options as it made sense to have. I have never felt so good about a car deal in my life. More
