We must say that we felt extremely disappointed with this dealership! Because we would need to drive two-and-half hours to get to this company, I have inquired many times to make sure that they will give us dealership! Because we would need to drive two-and-half hours to get to this company, I have inquired many times to make sure that they will give us a better deal than the previous dealership so our long drive might pay it off. They had repeatedly assured me that their sales manager promised they can beat the price. However, when we got there, we were offered only $5 lower than what the previous dealership offered. Now my question is this. I gave this company my previous quote, since the company knew they could not beat the price, why did the sales manager even bother to tell us to drive two-and-half hours only to find out the price is only $5 lower?! We feel being treated very badly. Don't go to this dealership!! More

I just bought a new Honda Civic through Peters of Nashua and had the best car buying experience of my life!!! I am always very nervous going to any care dealership knowing that I will be on the defensive b and had the best car buying experience of my life!!! I am always very nervous going to any care dealership knowing that I will be on the defensive because I have haggle on every last detail. This simply does not happen at at Peters of Nashua. We went in there with a figure in mind of what we could pay for a car and got a brand new car for exactly what we asked for. The salesman asked us our bottom line number up front, simply stated "We can do that" and then did no questions asked. We were offered additional service plans and were never pressured when we did not opt to purchase any. That never happens!! I can only say that Peters of Nashua has customers for life because this dealer has done the impossible...made buying a car a very enjoyable experience!! More
Kim was and awesome sales person. Very friendly and not over bearing. It made finding the car we wanted a very comfortable experience. Heather in finance was also very pleasant to work with. Although after reviewing all the paperwork once we go home we found errors and tried to make contact with her. She wasn't available to make contact with and we are still trying to get things staightened away. The "start payment date" we agreed upon was not correct and some of the figures don't add up. I agree we signed all the paperwork and assumed everything was as we agreed upon however there was many forms to sign and after spending hours there my wife and I didn't read everything as we should have and thought that the forms were filled out correctly. We are now trying to straighten this all out. Actually, as I type this review at 8:40 P.M. Heather is now calling. Hopefully this will all work out as we planned. If so, all will be well. I might add, we bought this new Honda Civic brand new with only 3 miles on it. There is now thirty five miles on it and a fault indicator showed up on the dashboard console this afternoon. This is our first Honda and I'm hoping this is an isolated problem and we won't see it again. Otherwise, the car will be in the service department within a week of buying it. More

I told her I was here for the 2010 Ford Fusion, because I talked to Kim in the internet dept., and she told me it was still there. She brought it up to show me and I took it for a ride, and liked it, but the mileage was high. I suggested, if I buy the carthey should give me some kind of warranty with the high mileage. They did and I bought the car. I would definately go back to see Kim again, when I'm looking for another car. I also went to the finance dept. and talked to Pam Crocker, who was also excellent to deal with. I tell you, give me a woman any day to deal with. I do believe men think women are stupid when looking for a car and they put u=you down, or pressure you into buying. I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Peters. The sales associates name was Cindy Tallini. Cindy was super. I actually had fun purchasing my new car. I will recommend that all of my friends and family ask for Cindy. When it came time to complete the financing and paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Heather Neptune. Again, Heather was very pleasant and made the experience enjoyable. If you are looking for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for these two ladies. You will have a great time and get a great vehicle. More
After 10+ years of working with another salesman I was very hestitant about going to anyone else.(Although my salesman had retired from the business). A friend of mine reccomended I go to Peter's Honda, and ask for Chris Cannata. Strangely enough I knew Chris from my previous dealership! Not only was Chris professional he really understood my financial position as well as my hopes of getting into another Honda with the same "perks" I presently had. Once we had worked out a deal the color I wanted was not available for some time, and I did not want another color. I was able to honestly tell him that another color was not an option and I felt that my loyalty to Honda should be rewarded. He made a deal for exactly what I wanted, with the support of his supervisor. The night I went to complete the paper work I was very impressed with Heather. She was professional, friendly, and had great energy! Honda is so lucky to have both of these people working for them. They both love what they do, truly want people to have what they want at an affordable price, and are down to earth people. I am so excited to be in my new Honda Ridgeline Truck and so is my 7 year old son. Thank you for making this a positive experience, Laurie Martines More
