In my case, I dealt primarily with the salesperson, Annalie Benjamin. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward, which is always a good thing in a salesperson... excuse me, that's Honda Product Specialist. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also worked briefly with her Manager, Carlos Fonseca who had to approve my deal. And, because I was purchasing a car, I worked with Matt Atherton the Business Manager, who even worked a deal for me to get a lower interest rate than I had been able to find by myself. Buying a new car is always a bit nerve wracking, but the people at Peters, especially Annalie, made it very easy and pleasurable. And, I got a good deal in the bargain. More

After about 2 dozen emails, a phone call, and one trip to the dealer for trade-in appraisals, I was out the door with a new Odyssey at a fair price (I think). I told him exactly what I was looking for and he delivered. He did not try to get me into a higher trim and try to sell any nonsense that I didn't request. Steve seemed honest and straightforward. My experience at Peter's of Nashua Chris Olsen helped me find the car I was looking for - I wanted a used CR-V with low mileage - no older than a 2012. Found the perfect car (2013 loaded w/under 7k miles) but his service didn't end with the sale. He sat with me for over an hour and got me set up with phone / gps etc. When I went back for the inspection, he was waiting for me and made sure I was comfortable with everything and answered any additional questions I had. I've even had questions since, and he's right there to help me - even remembers I have a new granddaughter! I would send everyone I know to see him to purchase a car. We have been purchasing Chevrolets for the past 30 years and wanted something different that had an excellent safety record, great reviews, price and of course, attractiveness. We set up an appointment with Lynn Vieira who could not have been more pleasant. She immediately made us feel like "old friends" and there was no pressure for a sale. We went for a test drive in a CR-V and the experience was great. Lynn explained the "inner workings" of the car and let us take our time as we looked it over. As it was Memorial Day weekend, the dealership was busy but Lynn never rushed us. We decided to purchase a CR-V (EX-L) and Lynn was extremely helpful and professional as she went over the paperwork with us. She set us up with Matt, the financial representative, and checked in on us repeatedly. Matt was absolutely terrific in explaining all of our financial options. He was outgoing, thorough and very helpful. Our experience at Peters Honda was excellent.
