First of all let me say I'm from Tyler and you just don't buy cars in Tyler, dealers here don't want to sell cars. I work in Tyler and Ron had to wait on me to drive over and do all the paperwork and pick up the car but everyone stayed and did not make me feel like they were upset they had to stay.
