The service department has had my truck 5 days and it hasn’t been put on the rack yet. No offer of a loaner during this time and no returned calls as to what’s going on. All four service times were at least an hour and a half and one was over two and a half hours! You would think with a scheduled appointment you would not have to wait this long for service. I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership and love their prices but l will get my truck serviced some where else. More
