Dennis Smith was great answering all our questions about the new Traverse. He showed us many options we were unaware of. Dennis certainly knows the product. I met Ron about a 14 monts ago while looking for a new truck. I found what I wanted and met with Ron. I felt very comfortable with him as he was sincere and not pushy like most sales people. I like dealing that way. Needless to say my son took the dreaded test drive and is now in love.
