They had my vehical for 9 weeks waiting on parts. I requested loaner vehical and they said none were available. When I finally got my vehical back. They charged me for a tire rotation and balance that requested loaner vehical and they said none were available. When I finally got my vehical back. They charged me for a tire rotation and balance that was not done. Same low tire on the same location from when I dropped it off. They charged me for a cover on the fuel filter that they broke. The bed cover was rolled up and there was 70 miles put on my vehical. So I assume they used it to haul something. I can never get anyone on the phone for update or complaint. Horrible customer service. More

I Bought my 2019 Jeep Compass 2019 with around 12 miles. First I had a 2014 Jeep Compass but it kept having issues after the Toyota dealer kept saying there was nothing wrong so I decided to take it myself First I had a 2014 Jeep Compass but it kept having issues after the Toyota dealer kept saying there was nothing wrong so I decided to take it myself to Peters Dodge Ram In Longview off hwy 259. I literally had to ask for help and ask if anyone wanted to sell a car. Terri this lady with really beautiful hair cut proceeded to help me then. I asked if I could be shown the jeep being in sales my self I explained my needs and wants. She proceeded to tell me that the Jeep Compass 2019 had all the bells and wisely so I ask if she could hold the white one that I was coming in tomorrow with my dad to co sign as I get there she tells me unfortunately someone else bought that jeep yesterday. I said but you told me you would hold it for me. She apologized but said I could wait till Friday this was a Tuesday I had already spent the previous day there too long. $o my dad came and we tested the black one I said I might as well. So we did a trade in. So since my previous Jeep was messing up I didn’t want to risk being stranded so I went ahead and got it. First time I had asked my dad to be a part of something this big. So we do the paper work and I get approved then I had already explained my Jeep’s payments are already $325 they told me it would be to high just a little bit more so now my payments are $625. So I move to Fort Worth and I take it to a dealership called meador Dodge for its oil change and tire rotation they almost cost me my life. They leaving 1 lug nut ton the driver side of the tire which I get on the freeway and almost loose my life I contact them I’m upset and scared and emotionally distress. While I’m trying to calm down they take my keep and fix the issue the next day and supposedly replace the tire and axl or something. Well I call the dealership in Longview and explain I don’t want this jeep I no longer feel safe in it. I felt no empathy was given from the dealership or the person who sold it. So since my dads name is with mine I have felt obligated to drive this Jeep. Also the dealership offered me 5 free oil changes as compensation and the manager at the time said that was a lot to give away almost wanted me to pay for the one that almost cost me my life. I go back and get another oil change at meador and the guy tells me that there wasn’t nothing fixed on my Jeep why would the guy tell me something was... so I have a jeep that I’m unhappy with. More
Identity Theft and Bank Fraud I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler in December 2017 . I spent 32,000. In July 2018 my information was used to finance a 2012 Ford pickup for 12,500. I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler in December 2017 . I spent 32,000. In July 2018 my information was used to finance a 2012 Ford pickup for 12,500. Peters used my SSN ,name, phone number to secure a loan for another customer. This was Identity Theft and Bank fraud according to the bank investigator where the loan was taken out. I had to fill out a affidavit to get the bank to stop calling me and get the loan taken off my credit report. It's now been over 6 months and there are still inquiries on my credit report that affects my rating. I can't get them removed. Never again! More
Repair to SSR Peter's claimed the part needed was no longer available and the tack could not get to part ti be replaced, did not have the tools necessary. After blowing out the new module the blame was placed on the weather. The SSR was at the Dealership for three days. I took the SSR to a private auto repair. $1100.00 to repair Peters mistake and in two days found the part necessary and repairs made. More

However it is the year model that I'm looking for, so I asked them to please send me pics of the car. Well, I get a call from a salesman name John. He said before I send pics let me know you looking for in this car. I was like, well, I don't even know if i'll like the car because I don't know how the paint looks, and if there is any damage. And he still won't send pics.....Really? your selling (trying to sell) a $50k but oh no, your not allowed to see pics of the car first. LOL. I live 2 hours away, I need to see pics first. Is that too much to ask? Well, at Peters Chevrolet I guess it is. More
