These guys are very good technically. The front office is friendly and explains things clearly. However, I don’t think if you have a BMW that is out of warranty that this is a place for your car. Example, they charge $200 to register a new battery, which is free at some repair shops that want your used BMW business. I ended up programming the new battery myself and it took 5 minutes. More

TLDR: The sales people can be rude, only allow 5-10 minute test drives. At first, the sales people at Peter Pan seemed very nice and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive the da minute test drives. At first, the sales people at Peter Pan seemed very nice and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive the day before, and we only waited a short time (10-15 min) for someone to see us. They were very friendly and gave us the keys and told us to take the car out - no further guidance. We really enjoyed the test drive, it confirmed We liked the car and helped us learn which features were most important. We arrived back at the dealership about 30 minutes after driving off the lot. As soon as I entered, the salesman yelled from across the lobby that I almost got him fired before taking a call as I awkwardly stood there with the keys, and then continued to tell me that I had taken way too long. Apparently, test drives here should only last 5-10 minutes. I don’t think that is reasonable amount of time to figure out if you want to purchase a car. We were going to test out some other models, but the salesman kept harping on how we had almost gotten him fired and took way too long (despite being given absolutely no guidance beforehand). We decided it was not a good setting to make a major purchase and promptly left. I would look elsewhere before coming to this dealership. More
