Khalil Manneh is awesome. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. I worked with 10+ dealers across the Bay Area (BMW, Porsche, Benz, Audi). Peter Pan and Khalil were the most courteous. Probably the worst dealership I've been to, much less a BMW dealership. Honestly stay away. Not worth your time. Incompetent and rude stales staff. Sales advisor was impatient, rude, and couldn't be bothered to show me the vehicle I wanted because it "required alot of reparking" and asked if this was the car I wanted to get and if I was going to buy it that day. When I told him I wasn't ready to commit yet he flat out told me he wasn't going to show me the vehicle. Are you serious? After he showed me a similar vehicle we went inside to talk numbers. I brought up some comps from Stevens Creek and East Bay. He laughed, then became pretty hostile, and told me that he had no interest in matching any of those numbers (I lived closer to this dealership), that he didn't even believe those numbers were real, and when I showed him the pics of the paperwork with the comps he told me that if I wanted those numbers I should just get the car from them. Well, that was the end of that conversation and any of my future business with Peter Pan of BMW. I just said thanks and walked off. Not sure where they found this guy, but the ego of a dude selling BMWs is pretty hilarious. Ended up leasing a Mercedes from AutoBahn motors instead. Didn't get this type of treatment from Audi, Mercedes, or Porsche. Basic CS as a sales advisor isn't that hard. More
