Probably the worst dealership I've been to, much less a BMW dealership. Honestly stay away. Not worth your time. Incompetent and rude stales staff. Sales advisor was impatient, rude, and couldn't be bothered to show me the vehicle I wanted because it "required alot of reparking" and asked if this was the car I wanted to get and if I was going to buy it that day. When I told him I wasn't ready to commit yet he flat out told me he wasn't going to show me the vehicle. Are you serious? After he showed me a similar vehicle we went inside to talk numbers. I brought up some comps from Stevens Creek and East Bay. He laughed, then became pretty hostile, and told me that he had no interest in matching any of those numbers (I lived closer to this dealership), that he didn't even believe those numbers were real, and when I showed him the pics of the paperwork with the comps he told me that if I wanted those numbers I should just get the car from them. Well, that was the end of that conversation and any of my future business with Peter Pan of BMW. I just said thanks and walked off. Not sure where they found this guy, but the ego of a dude selling BMWs is pretty hilarious. Ended up leasing a Mercedes from AutoBahn motors instead. Didn't get this type of treatment from Audi, Mercedes, or Porsche. Basic CS as a sales advisor isn't that hard. More

My dad and I went to go test drive a Beamer we saw online and were immediately greeted with a friendly staff. My dad later ended up buying his first ever BMW and for a great price as well. When I told the sales manager I was driving to the Bay Area the next day and thought his inventory had the car I was looking for, he told me he had just reduced the price $2k. The perfect machine with appointments which exceeded expectations. Pricing was fair and a good value. No nonsense, no delays, super efficient sales administration. No attempt to sell anything I didn’t want. It was important that I be in and out as my time was limited and committed. I was able to buy a car, arrange for auto transport home out of state, and be on my way in no time. Henry Sipor, Shakeeb Ahadi and Jim Thomas each were generous with their time on site and in pre- and follow-up arrangements in service to me. I found each expert in the industry and BMW products, and each dealt directly with respect and integrity doing exactly as promised and meeting my priorities. I had the best experience ever at Peter Pan BMW. Henry Sipor went above and beyond for us. He waxed the car, got us all weather floor mats, and spent extra time with me going over the car.
