With high markups being the new norm, Raj tried his best to provide the best possible deal which hands down was superior to all bay area BMW dealerships. He was knowledgeable, patient and accommodated all late modifications I had requested for. The pick up process was beyond smooth. To my surprise, no one tried to upsell any of their service offerings, everyone was professional and courteous. I’ve leased my past two cars from Peter Pan and would never consider going to a different BMW dealership.
