I’m really disappointed with how Peter Pan’s CPO manager Keith Rey handled our concern with CPO measurement accuracy. He presented in a very accusatory and discriminatory manner. Henry Sipor was instrumental in helping purchase our 2022 BMW iX (very few inventory) had visited couple of other BMW dealers some had 10K mark up prices. As a last resort stopped by Peter Pan BMW on late Su BMW iX (very few inventory) had visited couple of other BMW dealers some had 10K mark up prices. As a last resort stopped by Peter Pan BMW on late Sunday evening and was out 8-9pm with the car. They stayed open beyond their closing time to complete the purchase. I singed 8/14 just before the Inflation Reduction Act was singed 8/16 hope I can get the EV rebates. This is our 2nd purchase from Peter Pan and definitely recommend others. More
