We are longtime BMW owners with repeat new leases covered by full warranty. We have been bringing our cars to Peter Pan for years and the service has gotten progressively worse. Impossible to contact anyone, by full warranty. We have been bringing our cars to Peter Pan for years and the service has gotten progressively worse. Impossible to contact anyone, they sit on your car forever, and the latest is that every time we bring a car in, there is an extra diagnostic fee or service that is required that is not covered by the warranty. These are 2 year old cars with issues requiring out of pocket cost of more than $3k? Unacceptable. This time they are saying that the sunroof leaked and that is not covered by warranty, even though there is nothing I could have done to prevent it. I just think this place is out to fleece customers. Switching dealers. More
