If I could give less than 1 star, I would have. This is the worst car-buying experience in my life. I ordered a custom-made 2023 X7. The internet salesperson/manager is the worst I have ever met; i This is the worst car-buying experience in my life. I ordered a custom-made 2023 X7. The internet salesperson/manager is the worst I have ever met; it takes him days to answer a straightforward question, that's if he even responds. I was tracking my vehicle online and knew it had been at the dealership for two days; I did not receive a phone call from anyone telling me the car had arrived. When I called and asked why I had yet to be contacted, they said because the internet salesperson/manager was off these days. I wondered if I could get a different salesperson because his communication could be better; I was told they would have a manager contact me. Instead, my internet salesperson/manager contacted me and apologized for not receiving my messages!!. And that he would have the car ready for pickup the following day. Anyway, on 04/15, I went to pick up my vehicle, and from the moment I stepped in, it felt like a used car dealership. My salesperson/manager was no help; he had a piece of paper with all sorts of numbers and was reading off that. We asked to see a manager because we expected a better deal, especially since my colleague had bought a 7 series and X5 in the last two months and had leased several other vehicles over the previous few years. I wish that we didn't have to meet Mr. Keith (THE SALES MANAGER), he came with a very irritated face as if we interrupted his breakfast or his morning coffee! He was unfriendly and bold; he said the best he could do was the $1000 discount. He added that he could sell MY CAR (the one that we built a few months ago and have been waiting for) very quickly and over the sticker price and that he didn't need to give us any discounts, and that he already had sold 11 cars that day and it was not even 1:00 pm yet! And proceeded to walk away and say that the salesperson would take care of us. I understand that because of the shortage of cars nowadays, sales agents and managers act like they are a hot commodity; I didn't leave the vehicle because I promised my wife that I would bring this X7 home that day. I will never buy or lease from these jockers again; my money will be good anywhere. I forgot to mention the time wasted waiting to meet the accountant; it was epic; you must cancel any appointments when you pick up a vehicle from Peter Pan because you will be there for the long ride. They do this to get you tired of waiting, so you only ask a few questions about the lease and sign quickly. I was looking around and saw accountants, salespeople, and what have you standing and chatting away, and I waited for more than two hours to meet the accountant. Thankfully he was swift because it was a matter of signing paperwork with a brief explanation... When I was done signing the lease, it was emailed to me; the accountant was supposed to explain to me where the $1500 rebate was. And why have they been added to the deposit without letting me know... The salesperson made it look like the rebate will be taken out of the MSRP, not added to the deposit!!, anyway, the accountant left the office immediately after he emailed the lease and waited for like 10 min; I forgot to ask him because I was exhausted and wanted to go home, they ruined my day, and I will never buy or lease from this shady place again. The X7 is nice though More
