Watch out for the Bait and Switch, between salesman and finance office, on the warranty extension. Salesman will say the warranty extension is part of Toyota purchase price, but the finance office states i finance office, on the warranty extension. The salesman with the work up paperwork agreed too, should accompany the client to the finance office. This would possibility eliminate the practice of miss communication and addition sale tactics. Obvious.y, the finance office gets paid through additional sales. Other than this issue, everything else is exceptional. More

I have had my Corolla serviced at Peter Boulware since I bought it. Every time I have brought my car in I have had exceptional service! Today was no exception. The gentleman that helped me was friendly, k bought it. Every time I have brought my car in I have had exceptional service! Today was no exception. Pathetic experience. Went there with a check, and everyone wanted to play the waiting game. Wait here, hold on they kept saying. I don't know many businesses you can go with a $55,000 dollar check and there is no one available to talk to you or make a deal. Also, wanted to play games with giving a value for my car. Wanted me to return on a different day to hook my car to a scanner to give me a price. NEVER have I experienced this with purchasing a car, and I've purchased multiple high end cars. All of the other dealers I talked to were able to give a number over the phone and keep the deal moving. Not this dealership, they want to keep you waiting around. I've played the waiting game before, and not doing again. Too many other good places to buy a car, and respect their customer's time. More

I had awesome new car purchase experience at this dealership back in December. I visited unexpectedly for specific reason to this dealership service department last week. Service manager Michael Creagh took excellent care of the problem that i had. Hats off Michael Creagh and Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia! Their appointment system is great. But i would request to work on the service wait time a little bit more. (though i am giving 5 star) We the car users go to the dealership for a reason. I have heard so many bad reviews about car dealership service. People like Michael Creagh and Peter Boulware service team has the ability to heal that bad reputation of the service department and make more people interested towards dealership service visit! More
I am delighted to write about the excellent experience I had at Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia. I would like to start with Mr. Nicholas Stack. This guy can go to a Car selling 101 Course book as an example. The patience, communication and salesmanship he showed is beyond my expectation. The next, I would like to talk about Mr. Trey Guess and THE Boss man Mr. Lee Pryor. I would like to give both of them five star for their truthfulness to the deal that we made before and honoring it. Lastly, thanks to Finance guy Mr. Carlos Veldhoven for his patience and understanding during the final portion of the process. I would highly recommend this dealership. If i move out of state, I would love to come back to purchase a car from one of these guys and Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia! Thumbs Up! More
I purchased my car new and have to toyotaguard wirh it and the plastic stuff tbey place on the hood is peeling. My car only has 18000 miles and is garaged and all they wanted to do was buy it and when i said no they ghost my calls. MAN up Peter....I will apologise for calling you a shotty footballer if you fix my car....oh yeah i gave good reviews on service thinking you would fix my car but now you are all 00000. This place is a joke , bought a used car from salesmsn Carlos , he done everything to sell the car but once the sale was finial and i called back with some questions he was no help made promises after pro Carlos , he done everything to sell the car but once the sale was finial and i called back with some questions he was no help made promises after promises to call me back with answers and never did , same issues with there sales manager Michelle Loyd , called her several times with issue i was having she returned my call 1 time and was told she would call me back in a few hours when she had some answers to my problem , well never got a reply back from her , then i got ahold of Ken Meagers the general manager same story and lie as the other’s said he would return my call when he found out something bout my issue , the issue was the 45 day paper tag , 45 day tag was expiring and i was trying to get my permanent tag and registration but each of them keep giving me excuses , One claimed that with covid scdmv was only accepting 3 transfers a day and that why I hadn’t got my tag , well I personally know someone that works at scdmv and found out from them that that was a lie , them Michelle Loyd tells me that they didn’t have the title to the car i bought and they were still searching for the title but until they could locate the title they couldn’t get my permanent tag and registration, , well by now i had had enough of the lies and run around so i took and called the dealership in Florida trying to talk to peter boulware himself , didn’t get to talk to him but did explain the issues i was having with the Columbia office and 1 hour after i called the Florida office the Columbia office called and said they had my tag and registration, Can you imagine that . Wish i had read all the negative reviews before i purchased car from them i would have took my business elsewhere, Customer service if terrible and all you get is lies and run around , take my advise and shop somewhere else More
