I purchased the family service plan with my Sienna when I bought it from Fred Anderson in 2018. I’ve been taking my vehicle there for oil changes which I was told were covered in my $995 service care plan f bought it from Fred Anderson in 2018. I’ve been taking my vehicle there for oil changes which I was told were covered in my $995 service care plan for the life of the vehicle. I have never had problems with this. Peter Boulware has been honoring that contract and I would only pay for my tire rotation. I go in for my routine service today and am informed that if I have not accepted all routine maintenance recommended by the service department which was an astronomical amount then my oil change isn’t covered. I left there paying over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation that I could have paid half for at my local auto mechanic. I only purchased this service plan to save time and money. I will never go to this dealership service again and will not purchase a car from Peter Boulware. More
I was disappointed after dealing with Robell for over a week and he actually raised his price. I guess he didn't realize that my phone had a calculator app. I bought two vehicles when they used to be Fred week and he actually raised his price. Worst experience of my life. Waited 2 months for car to arrive. Had 5 different price changes in one day, walked in with check to pick up vehicle. Put on ice twice waiting for 2 Waited 2 months for car to arrive. Had 5 different price changes in one day, walked in with check to pick up vehicle. Put on ice twice waiting for 2 hours with zero checkin. Salesman disappeared (literally hid) finance guy spoke to me in a dominant demeaning manner when questioned to keep me in my place. GSM acted concerned but never even asked what happened when I cancelled the deal. Literally treated like crap to the point almost in tears. No questions, no concerned. No callbacks. Car was sold for higher amount right after. If you are female go somewhere else, if you are Hispanic go somewhere else. Elderly go somewhere else. While waiting 2 hours heard a salesman ask a hardworking Hispanic male when asking about a price on a truck “do you have a social security card?”, to which the man said sarcastically back “a drivers license too!” I was shocked!!!! Then two elderly ladies were picking up a car and asked about a standard item that was missing and I heard the salesman say “you can purchase that”. Disrespect, bigotry and taking advantage of others. The 2 hour wait exposed a lot of mistreatment of customers. Cars are not worth being mistreated. Drove across down and bought vehicle from competitor. Honesty and respect goes a long wait. Only one person there gave that to me and he stopped working with me when I returned with check to pick up a car that was “presold” to me. Still shocked about the immaturity, disrespect and disregard for true customer service. Watch the numbers, bait/switch, offers to finance, where your “hold” money goes and their “discounts” disappear. Best bet…drive by the lot and keep going. More
I have called this dealership General Manager several times and get no answer, also sent a email to the service manager and have not heard from them. Went in to purchase a new highlander and I’ve been buying cars for forty- five years (5) at this dealership alone. They were so arrogant! Added on over 10k over msrp just s greedy team! The general manager did take off 4k when I said “you really think I’d pay that?” Anyway I went to Jim Hudson and got it for another 4k lower than your best price! It pays to shop around, they took things of the dealer markup Boulware wouldn’t that was the difference! You have to negotiate if you want to sell a car people! I won’t be back ever again. So don’t bother apologizing. Thanks for nothing!!! More

The general sales manager was less than accommodating, I was clearly a waste of his time, and his attitude toward me was sub par. Finance was even more difficult as the prices kept changing and the information I was given on warranty and oil changes for a new vehicle was misleading. I did not realize the severe difference in price until I went home and opened the flash drive I was given. The price on the flash drive given by finance was different than the physical paper I signed with the sales associate by almost 2k. I was spoken to like a child. Will refinance with another bank, will recommend against visiting this dealer to everyone, and will make future purchases with Jim Hudson. More
There service department has been bad recently. I have taken in for service and they have charged me for service that should have been covered under my extended maintenance warranty. The service contract company in Florida states that I have four more service available. Also on the last service they stated that they rotated the tires, which they did not, because I had taken a valve stem cap off the right front wheel and the tire was in the same place. More
We put money down and had a sales agreement for a new vehicle due to arrive in 38 days. One of our two cars was being evaluated at Ford, and three days after agreeing with Boulware Toyota, Ford told us w vehicle due to arrive in 38 days. One of our two cars was being evaluated at Ford, and three days after agreeing with Boulware Toyota, Ford told us we needed transmission replacement costing 6K. We went to Harby and Carson at Peter Boulware Toyota and they understood our immediate need for a car. They quickly reimbursed us and canceled our agreement. This place is friendly, professional and fair. These two men are knowledgeable and high class specialists. Don Robinson More

Only to find out that the car on the website had been sold and gone for over 2.5 weeks. Yet it is still on the website. The young salesperson was sent to deliver the news. The sales manager couldn’t be bothered to come apologize. I blame the dealership for not having their website updated and for a total lack of customer service. Anything nice I have to say about this experience is totally based on the young salesman. More
