I contacted several dealerships by e-mail to get a price quote on 2010 Prius. A few dealerships responded and I talked with various salespeople with whom I did not feel comfortable with. But after talking with Matt over the phone, I had a good feeling about going forward and doing business with him and the Toyota Center. Let me say, I made the right decision. Matt made sure the car was to my liking when I arrived to pick up my car. All the paperwork was in order and no "surprises" surfaced. Everything was as agreed upon. The business manager was not "pushy" about buying an extended warranty or other warranty services. Matt and the other staff people I encountered were friendly, courteous and accomodating. Overall, I can easily say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be back! More
Tim was very professional and easy to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions about the FJ cruiser. Tim made sure that the entire process, (from A to Z) went as smoothly as possible. The deciding factor was the price. The zero % financing + the trade in allowance made it impossible to pass up. Matt was super nice -- not pushy or overbearing. i came in looking for the best deal on the best car whatever the make of the car was. Bob C. took me all over the lot, showed me many cars, and then I went home to talk to my wife and consider my opt whatever the make of the car was. Toyota Center's internet prices were the best in town on several makes and models, and from there I decided on which car my wife and I liked the best and decided on the '06 C class Mercedes. It was a clean car, decent mileage, great price (that no one in town could match or beat!) My wife is happy, I'm happy, the whole staff at the Toyota Center made this car buying experience a GREAT car buying experience! More
Toyota Center employees were extremely friendly and accomodating. We appreciate their service. We purchased our car at the close of business on a Saturday. We highly recommend Matt Baker. He is enthusiastic, and educated on the product he is selling. He is NOT pushy (a pushy salesman is a huge turn off to anyone looking to buy a car). The overall car buying experience was great. Mike was great and treated me well. This was the second vehicle I purchased from Toyota Center and with a purchase experience like that, I would come back, A great and treated me well. What I do want to comment on is the work on the "we owe." Mike contacted me and stated the parts that needed to be added were in and we set up and appointment. I was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours. I took the car and and waited with my family in the waiting room. What was supposed to be a 1.5 hour job turned into a nearly 3 hour job. All I had done was a cargo net put in in the trunk, an wind deflector on the moon roof, and pin striping. 3 HOURS?!? That is UNSATISFACTORY!!! I was never even updated on the delay. When I was inquired about the lateness I was told that they ran out of the pin striping and was going to get some. So, my car sat there because someone there didn't properly plan. My time is valuable. If someone tells me 1.5 hours, I expect 1.5 hours. And if something happens, I expect them to come to me. More

This was the second new car that I have purchased. The first vehicle that i purchased was from a diferent car company all together, but will get to that story later. I visited the Toyota Center just to look around and get some ideas about the new Corolla. I've got to say that the inventory was fantastic at the Toyota Center. They carried the exact vehicle that my wife and I were looking for. The greatest experience that we ever had was with the salesman Mike Clamp who was so very knowledgable, kind, friendly, courtous, patient, and down to earth as i've ever witnessed in my life time of bussines. I also recieved wonderful treatment from the store manager and Internet director. These guys are true professionals and down to earth bussinesmen who know how to treat customers and draw in not only ourselves but any other recommendation that i will make. This sales team shown me that they truely want to bend over backwards to make there customers very happy and i just wanted to tell each of them thank you. This has truely been a great experience and one that has earned a life long customer. I don't want to slander anyones name so i will not mention the exact dealership but my first experience buying a car was a complete disaster almost causing me to never buy a new vehicle again. Thank You Toyota Center for restoring my confidence; I just can't see buying from anyone else again. More
