First of all we need to send a thank you to Hudson Toyota in Columbia, SC for not going the extra mile & getting us a deal; and for giving us a free blueberry muffin from their 17+ million dollar dealership in Columbia, SC for not going the extra mile & getting us a deal; and for giving us a free blueberry muffin from their 17+ million dollar dealership they have to pay for and watching us walk away! We turned to Toyota Center which was an awesome experience from beginning to end! Never kept us guessing. Attentive to our needs! Worked with us while we picked and prodded, bartered and bickered, ha ha! Oh they are a GREAT team!! They not only helped us to get the 2010 Rav4 Limited in silver w/the extra value package we wanted; they also set me up w/a rental to drive while waiting for my car! AND they got me 2.9% financing which I wasn't aware of that was available as most dealerships will go out for the largest percent rate so they can cap on some of it. Unlike Hudson Toyota where my husband bought his Tacoma prior to our purchase here, he didn't get any incentive off the price of his truck and had the extra warranty, that he TOLD them repeatedly he did not want, added in (he brought it to their attention the next day and it was removed-SO READ everything, don't let them go fast and cover up stuff!). We have bought new cars in the past, majority of them Fords as my husband is a Senior Ford Master Tech and our service has never been this impeccable! What a wonderful feeling to actually work w/salesman that are out for their customers and not only their pockets! Thank you to Walter, Steve and Travis! I set up a test drive via internet. Matt had the car I had asked for ready and waiting. He was knowledgable about the vehicle he was selling without being overbrearing. Tim King was highly recomended to me by my brother in law after he just purchased a new vehicle. Tim was friendly and straight forward from the begining. They were very professional, treated me with respect, were honest and worked very hard to accomodate all my wishes.
