In an effort to cut back on my expenses I traded in my BMW for a base model Camry. I went to a different Toyota dealership when I bought it and the process was so exhausting, and just the thought of going BMW for a base model Camry. I went to a different Toyota dealership when I bought it and the process was so exhausting, and just the thought of going to buy another car was stressful. With two growing boys and a very active lifestyle, the Camry just did not meet by needs. Even though I have to pay a little more, it is worth the price to have a vehicle that works for my family. I was greeted and treated like I was family at Toyota Center and they understood what my needs were and what I could afford to pay. They worked diligently and called me back with a perfect car that met my needs. Normally car dealerships like to hold you hostage...you cannot leave until you are driving away in a car, sometimes leading to buyers remorse. Toyota Center just wanted me to be happy, and for that they sold a 2007 Toyota 4 Runner yesterday! I love it! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING TOYOTA CENTER!!! More
These 2 employees made the process of buyng our vehicle seamless. Even though when we first came to the dealership the highlander we purchased was not available for sale due to the factory recall, they sti seamless. Even though when we first came to the dealership the highlander we purchased was not available for sale due to the factory recall, they still spent the time to show us and explain all of the features. They also took the time to explain the recall situation in detail. Upon return to the dealership a few days later, we had some questions about a venza versus the highlander. They did not push us towards the venza since it was available for sale, but once again took the time to throughly explain the features and also how the 2 vehicles compared. This is the first time that I have not felt pressured into making a quick decision when buying a vehicle. We have purchased 7 new cars from other dealerships, but your employees made this purchase the best experience yet! More

I and my friends and relatives have been buying Toyota's from Toyota Center since 1976 and would not go anywhere else. They have good service and have always been friendly. I couldn't say that the price was from Toyota Center since 1976 and would not go anywhere else. They have good service and have always been friendly. I couldn't say that the price was great because I always feel that I could have persisted and got a better price. My only disappointment was with the Toyota Company itself. Two days after I buy my 2010 Prius, I learn that there is a problem with the brakes on this model. The redeeming factor is that I have faith that Toyota will fix this problem. More

Mike Clamp went above and beyond with any inquiry and request I made--(i.e., color of car, co it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I hope the Toyota Center remains in the West Columbia/Cayce area for sales and service. I work at SCANA Corporation, a fortune 500 company, and we need a dealership to remain nearby who provides this level of sales and service. I give them an A+ for Excellence!!!! Matt Baker did a very good job in helping me get a new car when my 1992 Toyota Carolla was no longer serviceable. I bought my 1992 Toyota Carolla at Toyota Center in Columbia, SC. After 330,000 miles and almost 18 years, it was beyond repairing economically. I wasn't reallhy planning to buy a car the day my car was being serviced, but I realized I had no choice. Since I had such good luck with the Carolla I decided my next car would also be a Carolla. Matthew Baker did a very good job in helping me out in finding the right car, getting all the paperwork completed. As difficult as it was to give up a car I have had for such a long time, I now have more reliable means of transportation to last me for another 20 years! Thanks, Michael McKENZIE More
This is the second Toyota purchase I have made from The Toyota Center. My first was over 12 years ago and that car is still running strong. It is now my daughters car and that is the reason I was in the Toyota Center. My first was over 12 years ago and that car is still running strong. I was equally happy with this purchase as I was the first time. Even though ownership has changed the core way of doing business has not. Thank you all for making this purchase so easy.
