I have purchased 13 toyotas since 1975. I have shopped and purchased cars and trucks from Dick Dyer Toyota. I have shopped at a dealer in Orangeburg S.C. and a dealer in Lugoff S.C. This time I shopped and purchased cars and trucks from Dick Dyer Toyota. I have shopped at a dealer in Orangeburg S.C. and a dealer in Lugoff S.C. This time I shopped at Jim Hudson and Dick Dyer Toyotas and ended up at Toyota Center where I have purchase 3 or 4 other cars. most times it takes at least 2 to 3 hrs. to make a deal, but this time was the best purchase experience ever. 30 mins. I had the price of the truck I liked and the amount I would get for my trade. I wish all dealers would make it this easy to buy a truck or car. I was really pleased with the knowledge that Ted, my salesman, had about the vehicle he sold me. He did not create any unnecessary pressure to buy. I felt like the salesman at the other dealership was just feeding me lines he thought I wanted to hear in order to get a sale. Ted's casual and friendly approach is what made me go with Toyota Center (for the second time in my life as my previous car, a Solara, was also purchased from this dealership.) I fully recommend for anyone to check out this delearship, even if you have visited other Toyota dealers, before buying your next car. More
Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the Prius and was able to explain its features and how the system worked in a very clear and understandable manner. Extremely pleasant experience. We were not planning to buy a car but Walt was patient and found the right car for us. I needed a car for a short woman while my husband needed a car for a taller guy. They also worked with us on our trade in which we didn't have with us the day we were shopping. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision even though we were late on a Saturday night on the last day of the month. We would definitely buy another car from Walt and this dealership. I was referred to Matt Baker at Atlanta Toyota by an associate at work. I have to say that he was great, I was so very nervous when I started looking for my new Camry. I called Matt and introduced myse associate at work. I have to say that he was great, I was so very nervous when I started looking for my new Camry. I called Matt and introduced myself and explained what I was looking for. He said that he would see what he could find since he did not have one on the lot that had everything that I had requested. He called me back to let me know that he had found the car and he would have it at his lot for me to see on Wednesday. When I arrived at the lot I met Matt and took the car for a test drive and knew this was the one for me. The only thing left to do was the paper work, it took about and hour and I was on my way. It was a great fit, Toyota Center, Matt, Me and my new 2011 Camry. More
We had decided to trade in our 2006 Tundra for a new one. We researched the prices and found that the Toyota Center appeared to have not only the best prices but the best selection in the Midlands area. As we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman who ask, could he help us. We told him we needed to speak with a new car salesman. He told us they were all busy but he would have one of the used car salespersons come right over and help us. This is when we met Kent Pruitt. Kent took his time showing us various Tundra models and explained options that were available with each. He was polite,knowledgeable, and straightforward with us. We NEVER felt pressured. He helped us find that perfect vehicle. Most folks hate the negotiating part but we like it and with Kent it was fun. He introduced us to Matt Baker who also assisted with the sale. These two guys made us feel comfortable the whole time we were there. They were great. Talking with them was like talking to two good friends. We cannot go without mentioning one more very important person and that is Horace Parker in finance. This gentleman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He found us an incredible rate and made this part of the sales experience go very smooth. He was a joy to talk to. My wife and I were very pleased with how everything turned out and hope to buy other vehicles from the Toyota Center in the future. We would like to say "Thank You" to these guys who helped make this such an enjoyable experience. There were a few options that we purchased that needed to be added and I can tell you that they were put on quickly and the work was excellent. We give a “5” for the service department. My mother and I went to look at a 2010 4runner. I had already researched the prices of the 4runner and found that the Toyota Center had the best prices in the Midlands area. They were upfront about their selling prices on their website. As we began to browse through the vehicles on the lot, Robert came out to assist us. He was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. We did purchase a 4runner, and before we drove off of the lot, Robert and some of the other salesmen did a final inspection. The grill was not up to their standards, and suddenly we had 3 men working to shine up the car, even after the sale! We would recommend this dealearship to anyone in the market to purchase a new Toyota or Scion, or a preowned vehicle. They are well worth the drive! More
Disappointed from another dealership (DDT) so we drove to this one to get the service we deserved. As we walked in, we were greeted by George who had all smiles and was ready to answer any questions we ha this one to get the service we deserved. As we walked in, we were greeted by George who had all smiles and was ready to answer any questions we had and willing to find the new truck we wanted. We had a '06 Tundra to trade in for the '10 Tundra Crewmax. Those trucks weren't cheap at all and with no downpayment and a trade-in that was upside down coz of payments we were still making, we thought it would be impossible to leave with our dream truck. We were sitting in the dealership from 7pm to 11:30pm trying to negotiate. The whole time we were waiting, our salesperson- George entertained us, made us feel comfortable. The whole staff was very patient with my 3 year old son running around, watching cartoons in the customer lounge. We ended up driving our Crewmax home.... it was the best ride home after a long day! We were brushed off from DDT when we told them we didn't have a downpayment for the Crewmax so loss for them and a gain for Toyota Center. I'll give Toyota Center 5's all the way! More

I specifically delt with Matt Baker, but also everyone there in the showroom. I truly never had so much fun leasing a vehicle. All these gentlemen are "real" guys and have so much fun serving there customers it becomes a family affair and we just had a good time through the whole process. I contacted Matt Baker mbaker@anderson-auto.com over the internet about three weeks ago as we were moving from Ohio to South Carolina. He was warm and friendly in the first e-mail and he said he was looking forward to meeting me once we came down. I was concerning because Toyota just discontinued the deals offered in March. He said "Not to worry, we will have the vehicle and price your looking for". I called him once I arrived and met with me that very day. I explained to him what exactly I wanted on the vehicle, which was a RAV4 and I was turning in mu old lease for new. Within minutes he found the exact match, yes I mean exact match and said he could have it for me in a day or two at the most. With no suprise he called the next day and said to come on in a pick it up. Of courese it was pristinely detailed out and he explained all the new features to my wife Pat and I. Toyota Center and all of its people is one super dealership that I cannot say enough about. When I left you couln;t slap the smile off my face if you tried!
